What inspired you to author this book?
I saw a growing ideology around AI—one that treats it as an almost mythical force capable of solving every problem, replacing human intelligence, and reshaping industries with little risk or consequence. The reality is far more nuanced. AI has transformative potential, but it’s not infallible, and when businesses treat it as such, they lose sight of what truly matters: human connection, trust, and intentionality. Infailible was born out of the need to separate fact from fiction, to strip away the hype, and to examine AI’s role in business and society critically.
Where did you get the inspiration for your book’s cover?
The idea started with a single word: Infallible—the perception that AI is flawless, all-knowing, and superior. But by placing “AI” in the middle, it transforms into Infailible—a term I created to define the illusion of perfection we assign to artificial systems, which blinds us to their limitations. This simple shift reflects the book’s core message: when AI sits at the center of our decisions without human oversight, we risk failure. The cover visually reinforces this concept—AI isn’t the answer to everything; it’s a tool that must be used wisely.

Who has been the most significant influence on you personally and as a writer?
Michael Crichton - although this is a non-fiction business book, I've always loved the stories that Crichton created.
What were your struggles or obstacles you had to overcome to get this book written?
The rapid evolution of AI made this one of the most challenging books I’ve written. Every morning, I’d wake up to a flood of new research, breakthroughs, and corporate shifts in AI strategy. Keeping the book relevant while staying true to its core themes required constant adaptation. I had to balance real-time updates with long-term insights, ensuring the book didn’t just chase trends but provided a foundational perspective on AI’s impact on business and consumer behavior.
Tell your readers about your book.
Infailible isn’t a book about how
to use AI—it’s a book about how we think about AI. It explores the AI Ideology:
the belief that AI is the key to efficiency, growth, and even human-like
interaction. But what happens when we prioritize automation over authenticity?
When does data replace empathy? Through real-world case studies from companies
like Nike, Disney, Starbucks, and Taco Bell, alongside insights from AI
pioneers such as PolyAPI and Affectiva, the book breaks down 13 different AI
disciplines and pairs them with their corresponding human intelligences.BUY NOW ON AMAZON
It forces business leaders to ask the critical question: Are we using AI to enhance human experiences, or are we replacing humanity altogether? This book is a call to action for businesses to approach AI with intention—to innovate without losing the core of what makes brands meaningful to their customers.
Who is your target audience, and why?
This book is for business leaders, marketers, entrepreneurs, and anyone navigating AI’s role in customer engagement and brand strategy. It’s for those who recognize AI’s potential but don’t want to fall into the trap of treating it as a magic bullet. If you’re making decisions about AI in your business—whether you’re a CEO, a startup founder, or a strategist—this book will help you approach AI with clarity, balance, and purpose.

What do you consider your greatest success in life?
Writing books that challenge perspectives. It’s one thing to write a book that informs—it’s another to write one that makes people stop and rethink their assumptions. That’s hard. But when a reader tells me a book, I wrote changed the way they think about business, technology, or leadership, that’s the real success.
What one unique thing sets you apart from other writers in your genre?
Perspective. While many books either champion AI as the ultimate solution
or warn of dystopian consequences, I take a different approach. I strip away
the noise and focus on logic, balance, and reality. AI isn’t inherently good or
bad—it’s how we use it that matters. My goal isn’t to hype AI or instill fear;
it’s to offer an unbiased, thought-provoking examination of its true role in
our world.
