On the other hand, Symon had a difficult career, full of obstacles that he had to overcome to finally achieve success, but he remained linked to the world of football for many more years.

Linked to the world of football from a very young age, Jordi Blanco (Barcelona, 1982) began his professional career at the age of sixteen as a trainer and coach of different youth teams in the Barcelona metropolitan area. After a decade of experiences in high-level clubs, Blanco is called to join FC Barcelona where he holds various positions at the Barça Academy in Barcelona. The turning point in his career occurred in 2013 when he was appointed director of the Barça Academy project in Brazil, a position that transferred him to Rio de Janeiro. There he managed to implement the club's training methodology and developed from scratch what would later be considered the best international academy of the institution. Jordi was distinguished for his successful work with the title of Honorary Citizen of Rio de Janeiro. In mid-2015 he moved to the United States where he founded his own training schools. This stage lasted until the end of 2018, at which time he decided to make a change of course: to develop a project for a professional football club based on the interrelation of football, society, history and business. Thanks to his extensive experience as a collaborator and consultant to clubs, advisor to leaders and senior managers, and personal coach of soccer players, Blanco has extensive knowledge in the development of young talents. With this, he intends to share the will to inspire and guide every young soccer player who wants to reach and stay in professional soccer.
